Our Core Values

The Texas Nail Association has established six (6) foundational core values for the organization and its members. They are Cooperative Success, Integrity, Step-By-Step Improvements, Mission Focus Activities, Reason, and most importantly Compassion.

Our organizational core values are those values we hold as the foundational principles from which we conduct affairs internally and with the public. They are the first and most basic elements of how we go about our daily work and the structuring of our long term mission and objectives. All members of the Texas Nail Association, by the virtue of membership pledges to honor and uphold the organizational six (6) core values at all times without fail.

Core values are not empty words. They are the source of our character, our culture, and our community. Our core values are the building blocks for Building A Future Together.
