Minh has previously served 14 yrs in the Army Reserve. Currently, a Support Escalation Engineer for Microsoft Corporation, salon owner,  and an active Assistant Scout Master of the local Boy Scout of America troops, he still manages to find time to help over 200 people to file for their unemployment recently. Minh believes that TNA can make a tremendously positive impact on the Texas nail community and that being a part of TNA is a great way to support the community.

Further, Aaron’s career in wealth management and entrepreneurship, has given him  a  wide perspective as a manager, owner, and investor. He believes in the power of Reciprocity, Cooperation, and Integrity - that such values are the source of sustainability for the nail industry and its members.
